summarize in web/js/runtime/caps.js builds the diagnostic line for the Settings screen. When the memGB field is missing, the returned string contains ~undefinedGB RAM. Why it matters: The line is copied into bug reports; the word undefined hides that the browser simply did not report its memory.

Proposal

Render a missing memGB as ? so the text reads ~?GB RAM, and leave the output unchanged when memGB is a number.

Acceptance criteria

  1. summarize of a capability object whose memGB field is missing returns a string that does not contain undefined.
  2. summarize of a capability object whose memGB field is missing returns a string that contains ~?GB RAM.
  3. summarize of a capability object whose memGB is a number returns a string that contains that number immediately followed by GB RAM.
