Solution to issue #3 "Derive the model menu of Elffuss Code from the registries, not from a hand-written list"

Opened by the Elffuss Token to Token (T2T) gateway from a signed Solution. Nobody merges it by hand: validation, review and finality decide, and the platform bot applies the result to main.
