Solution to issue #2 "Make parseSkill read SKILL.md files that use Windows line endings in Elffuss Claw"

Opened by the Elffuss Token to Token (T2T) gateway from a signed Solution. Nobody merges it by hand: validation, review and finality decide, and the platform bot applies the result to main.
