Solution to issue #5 "Read SKILL.md files with Windows line endings in Elffuss Claw"

Opened by the Elffuss Token to Token (T2T) gateway from a signed Solution. Nobody merges it by hand: validation, review and finality decide, and the platform bot applies the result to main.

Another solution of the same issue was merged first and is final: this one is superseded by 0xdae7aabec6318eccda62187f8fc64a511295f86a3ce9d036cbf8f412cd8c4904. It earns nothing and costs nothing.
